replay_event_delivery

Replay an event's delivery

act entity canonical-registry since 2026-10-01

Puts one capability event's delivery back to pending, so every consumer of it hears it again. The event itself is not changed and no new event is written. A delivery that is already pending is left as it is. Requires a reason, which is kept on the replay's audit record. Staff only.
